Your role

The wealthy have always enjoyed better, more personalized healthcare. AI allows us to bring this to the rest of us. We're building Europe's leading prevention platform.

As our Founding Product Manager, you own what we build and why. Not a process manager. Not a ticket-writer. A decision-maker with taste, speed, and conviction.

Today, product decisions are split across founders. That's worked, but it doesn't scale. We need someone to unify the product experience, accelerate our shipping velocity, and free up cycles to focus on medical strategy, expansion, recruitment, and partnerships.

You'll work directly with 4 senior engineers, a product designer, and our medical team. (Check out our profiles on LinkedIn.) No layers. No BS. High trust, high expectations.

And as we're building a medical-grade, data-heavy product, you’re just as AI-native as our platform.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the entire platform. Booking flow, health app, clinician interface, onboarding — one coherent experience.

  • Make decisions fast. Know when it's a one-way door vs. two-way door. Default to action.

  • Spec light, ship fast. Prototypes and a spec.md that senior engineers can run with — not 30-page PRDs.

  • Obsess over details. Spot the biomarker that should be clickable. Kill the feature that's a dead-end.

  • Talk to users. Almost daily. You're secretly a UX researcher.

  • Build the roadmap. Now / next / future that the whole team understands and believes in.

  • Think AI-first. For our members, platform, products, and for your own workflow — where can AI make this better?

Need to have

  • 6+ years in product roles. Shipped consumer products where craft was a differentiator.

  • Technical fluency. Former engineer, has (product) managed A+ engineers and earned their respect. Codes weekly with AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude).

  • Decision velocity. "Here's what I think we should do" not "what does everyone think?"

  • Taste. Strong opinions on what "good" looks like. Obsessive about the little-big details.

  • Health obsession. You already care about preventive health — tracks biomarkers, has opinions on zone 2 cardio, or has a personal reason this mission matters.

  • AI-native. Demonstrated proof: shipped code or prototypes using AI tooling.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or Big Tech product org

  • Healthcare or health-tech background

  • German language skills
