How does payment work for the Prevention Starter blood test?

The Prevention Starter blood test and any add-on tests you have booked are invoiced after your appointment. Payment on site at the lab is not possible.

Payment is by credit card or other payment methods. We also offer instalment payments via Klarna.

Ahead is a self-pay service. We do not bill statutory or private health insurers directly. On request you will receive a receipt for your payment. Reimbursement by your private health insurer is possible, but not guaranteed. Please check with your insurer beforehand.

Please note our cancellation and rescheduling deadline of 48 hours. If you miss an appointment or cancel less than 48 hours beforehand, a no-show fee of €20 may apply.
