That's why we started Ahead Health. We're building a platform that transforms how people understand and manage their health, shifting from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. Our product integrates: (1) A secure health data repository, (2) continuous medical supervision, and (3) an intuitive health dashboard for patients.
By combining technology with genuine medical expertise, we help people take control of their health journey before problems arise. As our Prevention Specialist GP, you’ll bring this to live with an experienced, and mission-driven founding team out of Octorad, Google, Oxford, Kaia Health and more.

Navigate Personal Health Journeys
Provide expertise to people from understanding medical history and explaining health status to outlining next steps
Personalized, Actionable Health Reports
Evaluate the diagnostic results of people and create relevant, understandable reports
Quality & compliance
Every step of the way you adhere to healthcare regulations and our internal medical guidelines
Trusted Point of Care
Work closely with the team and partners to refer patients to the right expert at the right time
Your role
You’ll be instrumental in driving the health journey of many people. We're looking for someone who wants to have an impact in people's lives, improve their health journey with actionable insights, and cares about upholding a high-quality medical standard for a remarkable user experience.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based preventive care: Create personalized risk profiles based on comprehensive data, deriving individual recommendations for action
Conduct telemedical consultations: Explain health status, discuss analysis results, and develop actionable care plans
Coordinate patient care: Arrange necessary follow-up examinations and specialist referrals within established networks
Participate in scheduled check-ups (quarterly/semi-annually) or be available for medical expertise via chat
Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration: Work with our product team to enhance the platform's clinical utility
Requirements
You are an experienced physician with a recognized FMH specialist title in General Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology or as a General Practitioner, bringing a strong enthusiasm for prevention and early detection
Fluent in German and English; Swiss German is an advantage
You combine empathy and customer orientation with medical excellence to build trust – even in challenging situations
You enjoy providing feedback to our product and operations teams to continuously improve our preventive platform
Uphold clinical excellence: Follow established medical guidelines while maintaining your professional autonomy
Preferred
Experience in a Telehealth setup
Academic background
You can demonstrate your passion for prevention and proactive healthcare
Prior experience in a fast-paced (medical) startup and early-stage company
Soft Skills
Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex medical findings in accessible language.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work seamlessly across teams to provide personalized recommendations.
Digital Adaptability: Comfort in navigating telehealth platforms and innovative healthcare technologies.
