YOUR ROLE
Build from the ground up
Collaborate with professionals who take prevention seriously
Work with leading, ambitious and mission-driven Swiss certified medical doctors, including Prof. Dr. med. Olivio Donati, Prof. Dr. med. Michael Fischer and Dr. med. Anna Erat, pioneering a new model of healthcare.
Combine it with your regular practice
This part-time, fully remote role offers the flexibility to fit around your existing clinical practice or personal commitments.
Full your clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden
You have the final say on reports and action plans before we share them with patients, with little to no administrative burden of invoicing or dealing with healthcare insurers.

Your role
As our Prevention Specialist General Practitioner, you will provide essential medical oversight and interact directly with patients in a modern tele-medicine setting. Your responsibilities include:
Patient consultations (remote over video)
Write patient reports and action plans based on findings from check-ups, including MRI and blood results, to give patients clarity and concrete next steps
Conduct pre-scan consultations for patients requesting special scans (e.g., heart CT calcium score, DEXA scan, Mamma-MRI) to assess their eligibility based on medical history and risk factors
Provide post-scan consultations for patients who have completed their check-ups to walk them through their results and suggested next steps
Product development and growth (remote)
Work closely with the tech and content teams to help shape new health products and materials, using your medical knowledge to improve how we serve patients.
Help expand Ahead Health’s presence by connecting with new clinics and medical societies, representing our preventive care mission and building partnerships to reach more patients.

Requirements
Essential qualifications
Swiss medical license (Facharzt), preferably in Internal Medicine
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Experience with patient consultations and report interpretation
Comfortable with telemedicine and digital health platforms
Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex medical information clearly
Preferred
Fluency in French
Fluency in Swiss-German
Experience in preventive medicine
Familiarity with diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT)
Experience reviewing or creating medical content
Soft Skills
Patient-centered approach with empathy and clarity
Detail-oriented with commitment to clinical excellence
Excited about preventive healthcare and health optimization
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with telehealth platforms
