How many people survive cancer?

The survivor population is growing across Europe. An estimated 12 million people in Europe are living after a cancer diagnosis within the past five years. In Switzerland, Krebsliga estimates over 300,000 people are living with or after cancer. Globally, 5-year survivors are projected to rise by 53% by 2040.
