What are the earliest symptoms of pancreatic cancer?

Early symptoms are subtle: persistent upper abdominal or back pain, unexplained weight loss, new-onset diabetes (especially without typical risk factors), loss of appetite, fatigue, and changes in stool. Jaundice may appear if the tumour blocks the bile duct.
