Real questions from people like you, and how a hormone blood test can help answer them.
Is my stress showing up in my health?

DHEA-S reflects longer-term stress adaptation. Changes may be linked to low resilience or energy dips.
Could hormones be affecting my training progress?

Lower free testosterone can influence strength and muscle response, as it reflects the amount of testosterone available to tissues. In endurance athletes, low testosterone often comes from a high training load or from eating too little for the amount of training. Discuss this with a sports physician.
Does estrogen matter for men, too?

Estradiol is important in men too: for bones, metabolism and cardiovascular health. This test measures your levels.
Why does my energy feel lower these days?

Testosterone plays a central role in energy levels, muscle maintenance, and overall vitality. A single low testosterone value is not a diagnosis: it should be confirmed on a second fasted morning sample and read together with SHBG, albumin, estradiol, thyroid values, HOMA index and liver values from your blood test.
