At Ahead Health AG ("Ahead," "we," "our" or "us"), we require your explicit consent to process and securely share your medical information in connection with your health check-up. This Consent complements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2. Purpose of Data Processing
   
   

We process your data only to provide the health check-up you book, to share necessary information with trusted service partners (such as laboratories and clinics) for analyses. With your consent, we

• Process your medical and personal data to perform image and data analyses directly related to the provision of diagnostic and screening services;

• May transfer and share, in a secure way, your data to carefully selected partners tasked with specific analyses, such as laboratory or blood tests, as part of the diagnostic and screening services. These partners will protect the data in accordance with legal data protection standards. Data sharing will occur exclusively for the aforementioned purpose and only for the duration of the analysis or service;

3. Withdrawal of Consent
   
   

You may withdraw this consent at any time. However, without your consent, we may not be able to process the medical data to generate your report after a check-up. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. For details on how to exercise this right, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Governing Law
   
   

This Consent is governed by Swiss law, particularly the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and is designed to comply with the GDPR.
