How does the payment process work?

How you pay depends on what you book: the Ahead membership is paid online when you sign up, while one-time tests (blood tests, scans) are invoiced after your appointment. Payment on site at the clinic or lab is not possible.

Payment can be made via credit card or iDEAL. We also offer the option to pay in installments through Klarna.

Please remember our 48-hour cancellation policy; a no-show fee of €150 may be applied if an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
