Degeneration of the shoulder (glenohumeral and AC joint osteoarthritis)

Wear-and-tear changes of the main shoulder joint and the joint at the top of the shoulder, causing pain and stiffness as the cartilage thins. MRI shows the cartilage loss, bone spurs and joint fluid early, while measures to preserve function are still possible.
