Do I need to fill in the health questionnaire, and until when?

Yes, please. The health questionnaire tells our doctors about your medical history, medication, symptoms and lifestyle, so they can review your results in context. You find it on the Home screen of the Ahead app once you have booked.

Until when: complete it before your appointment. You can complete and submit the questionnaire up until the appointment itself. The app shows until when you can still submit it.

What matters most: for any blood test, the medication and supplements you take; for the female hormone blood test, your cycle and any hormonal contraception.
