That's why we started Ahead Health. We're building an AI-powered platform that transforms how people understand and manage their health, shifting from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. By combining cutting-edge technology with medical expertise, we help people take control of their health journey before problems arise.

The product vision: personal concierge medical care, for everyone. Three key components: (1) A data vault with the most up-to-date picture of your health, (2) a trusted single-point-of-care, and (3) the most extensive, helpful consumer-health app.

YOUR ROLE

Build from the ground up

Support customers through their health journey

You'll accompany users to partner clinic appointments, coordinate with radiologists and specialists, and handle the real-world logistics that make or break our experience. It's part customer service, part patient advocacy – and you'll use everything you learn to improve how we deliver on our promise.

Hunt down the right partnerships

Not the flashy ones that look good in press releases, but the ones that will actually move the needle. You'll research, reach out, and help build relationships that matter.

Help us find exceptional people

Good hiring is the difference between a company that scales and one that implodes. You'll help identify talent, create smooth candidate experiences, and occasionally talk someone brilliant into joining our mission.

Shape how we communicate

Healthcare communication is notoriously terrible – either too clinical or too dumbed-down. You'll help us find the sweet spot: accurate, accessible, and actually useful. This means writing, editing, and working with our medical team to make complex concepts clear in for instance blog or social media posts.

Keep the leadership team focused

Startup founders are notorious for chasing shiny objects. You'll help maintain sanity by preparing for key meetings, conducting research, and ensuring important decisions don't fall through the cracks.

Own the unexpected

The best part of startup life is also the most unpredictable part. When something important but unplanned emerges, you'll take ownership and figure it out.

Reality check

Most "Founder's Associate" roles are thinly veiled personal assistant positions dressed up with startup buzzwords. This isn't that.

You'll be solving real problems that matter: Why do XX% of our users drop off after step Y? Which partnership could unlock our next 1,000 customers? How do we explain complex health concepts without sounding like a medical textbook?

This role exists because our founders need someone who can think, not just execute. Someone who sees the gap between "what we said we'd do" and "what actually needs doing" – then fills it.

Who you are 

  • You have a track record of excellence. Whether from top-tier consulting, high-growth startups, or leading tech companies, you've demonstrated the ability to operate at a high level and deliver results that matter.

  • You're early in your career but not early in your thinking. You approach problems with the strategic mindset of someone who's been doing this for years, but with the energy and adaptability that comes from being hungry to prove yourself.

  • You're exceptionally organized without being rigid. You can manage multiple high-stakes priorities simultaneously while staying flexible enough to pivot when circumstances change.

  • You anticipate rather than react. You see problems coming and solve them before anyone has to ask. You identify opportunities others miss and take ownership of making them happen.

  • You communicate with precision and influence. Your emails are clear, your presentations are compelling, and you can explain complex ideas to any audience – from medical professionals to potential customers.
