Do I still need a PSA test if I have a prostate MRI?

Yes, we recommend both for the most complete check. The MRI finds significant cancers a PSA test can miss, and your PSA, read against the size of your prostate, can flag some the MRI misses.

PSA is included in the Pro package, and you can add it on request. If you take finasteride or dutasteride, medicines for hair loss or an enlarged prostate, tell us in your medical questionnaire: they roughly halve your PSA.
