How do I connect Google Health or Withings?

In the Ahead web app, open the to-do card for your wearable data and choose Google Health or Withings. You sign in with that account and choose what to share. The first sync can take a while; your data appears once it has arrived.

Google Health: our Google connection is still being verified by Google. Until then, Google shows a warning that it hasn't verified the app. To continue, choose "Advanced", then "Go to Ahead Health". The warning is about Google's review not being finished yet, not about a problem found with Ahead.

Withings: Withings accounts created after 12 October 2026 need a Withings+ membership to share data with other apps, including Ahead. Older accounts can connect without one.

While we roll this out, the number of places for each connection is limited. If they're full, you can upload a data export from Google Health or Withings instead, or try again later.
