How do I upload my Apple Health data?

  1. On your iPhone, open the Health app.
  2. Tap your profile picture, then "Export all health data".
  3. Save the file (export.zip) where you can reach it, for example in Files or iCloud Drive.
  4. In the Ahead web app, open the to-do card for your wearable data, choose Apple Health and select the file.

The export can be large and take a few minutes. The file is read in your browser: only the values we use are sent to Ahead.
