Do I need to fill in the health questionnaire, and until when?
Yes, please. The health questionnaire tells our doctors about your medical history, medication, symptoms and lifestyle, so they can review your results in context. You find it on the Home screen of the Ahead app once you have booked.
Until when: complete it before your appointment. For a blood test you can complete and submit the questionnaire up until the appointment. For a check-up with an MRI scan, please complete it at least two working days before, so the clinic has the information it needs for the scan. The app shows until when you can still submit it.
What matters most for what you booked: for an MRI scan, any metal or electronic implants (such as a pacemaker), claustrophobia or a possible pregnancy; for the Mamma MRI, also kidney disease, severe allergies, asthma and breast implants (with the implant model); for the female hormone blood test, your cycle and any hormonal contraception; for any blood test, the medication and supplements you take.
