Fatty adrenal tumour (myelolipoma)

A benign adrenal gland tumour made up largely of fat and blood-forming tissue, which produces no hormones and is usually harmless. The fat-sensitive MRI sequences reveal its fatty makeup, confirming the benign nature and sparing unnecessary follow-up.
