Liver metastases

Cancer that has spread to the liver from another organ. Early detection through MRI is crucial for staging and determining the most effective treatment approach. MRI can raise suspicion of this finding, but a definitive diagnosis requires further specialist assessment — typically examining a tissue sample (taken by biopsy or during surgical removal), and sometimes additional imaging or blood tests.
