Bladder and kidney healthDetected by MRI
Potential signs of cancer of the bladder and ureters
Imaging findings suggestive of urinary tract cancer. Early detection enables cystoscopic evaluation and treatment when the cancer is most curable. MRI can raise suspicion of this finding, but a definitive diagnosis requires further specialist assessment — typically examining a tissue sample (taken by biopsy or during surgical removal), and sometimes additional imaging or blood tests.
