How do I get my raw DICOM (imaging) files?

DICOM is simply the standard file format for medical scans — a bit like a “PDF” for medical images. Your MRI scans are stored as DICOM files, so any doctor or medical imaging viewer can open them. You can request your raw DICOM files at any time, and we'll send you a secure download link — usually within 24 hours of your request, at no extra cost.
