What is the role of AI in the Ahead Health process?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a significant role in enhancing our service:
- Image Analysis & Quantification: AI software helps us measure organ volumes, visceral and subcutaneous fat, and the fat content of your muscles. This provides objective data beyond what visual inspection alone can offer.
- Report Generation: A Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Large Language Model (LLM) assists in drafting lay-friendly summaries for your report. However, every report is always reviewed, validated, and signed off by our Swiss board-certified physicians.
- Future Developments: Our AI roadmap includes developing multimodal risk stratification models (combining imaging, blood, and other data for more accurate risk prediction) and leveraging AI for faster MRI image reconstruction.
