Men's healthDetected by MRI
Prostate cancer < 3 cm
The most common cancer in men. MRI with PI-RADS scoring is the standard for detecting and characterizing suspicious prostate lesions before biopsy. MRI can raise suspicion of this finding, but a definitive diagnosis requires further specialist assessment — typically examining a tissue sample (taken by biopsy or during surgical removal), and sometimes additional imaging or blood tests.
