Do add-ons appear separately on my invoice for insurance reimbursement?

You receive one invoice for your check-up that includes all tests and add-ons. Add-ons are not invoiced separately by default.

If your insurer needs an itemized listing, you can request a reimbursement receipt that lists each individual marker. Contact our support team and we will prepare it for you.
