Can I eat or drink on the day of my exam?
To ensure the most precise results, we ask you to fast for at least 8 hours (no food or drinks other than water) and avoid strenuous exercise before your exam

No, you do not need a referral for the Ahead screening. You can request an appointment independently. Please note that we may need to assess your eligibility for some tests.
